Production methods (maceration, pot, vapour and vacuum distillation)

Gin styles: Navy, Barrel Aged, Old Tom
Making “botanical cuts”
Working with botanicals (including seasonal ones)
Botanical terroir
Chemistry of botanicals
Achieving product consistency
Proofing and ABV
Filtration
The workshop will be hosted via Zoom and is designed to be interactive; attendees are encouraged to ask questions and join in the discussion. We are endeavouring to make it as close to an in-person workshop as possible.
