All 2020 Live talks have been recorded and are available under the Live Sessions Tab
The team at the Craft Distilling Expo are proud to have presented a range of talks and panel discussions for our first virtual conference. Some perennial favourites and familiar faces returned, and we were joined by many exciting new speakers and topics of conversation.
We have been expanding our focus on environmental issues to include a general sustainable distilling discussion and held a new session on sustainable packaging.

Following its incredible popularity last year, Julia Nourney’s talk on designing a cask management program has been revamped and expanded to become a half-day workshop.
Maturing spirits not only takes time, but also requires a lot of forward planning; there are lots of decisions to make and so where do you start?
International Spirits Consultant and maturation expert Julia Nourney will provide a step-by-step overview including some of the key considerations when creating or expanding your maturation program. This is a great opportunity to delve into issues of maturation with an expert who has worked on projects around the globe.
